Currently we warehouse and distribute FF&E for Red Roof Inn and Motel 6. For Red Roof Inn, all of the FF&E for their lobbies (Our Lobby In A Box Program) is shipped to our warehouse in Westlake, Ohio, where it is later sent out with the jobs we do. This is also done with the ADA jobs we have with Red Roof Inn. In the case of Motel 6, the program is much larger. Not only do they send us all of their FF&E for the ADA jobs that The Executive Construction Company, LLC does, but we handle all of the FF&E for all of the ADA jobs (Our Room In A Box Program) for other general contractors working with Motel 6 as well.

In both instances, the end result is reduced theft, minimal loss of items, and less broken items. Reason being, we ship the entire job in one nice neat package. The job is staged on the trailer with a packing list provided. The result has made all FF&E associated jobs more efficient both with time and money, which is something our customers’ value and appreciate.
