Does your entire Hotel look like a major construction site when all you’re doing is a renovation? Are potential customers turning away because of all the trailers and containers in your parking lot? There is an answer to this common problem and it is our “Room In A Box” program which can dramatically reduce the number of trailers and containers you have on site as well as control and manage your furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). A typical renovation has all the FF&E from every vendor shipped directly to the property. This results in too many trailers and containers in your parking lot and creates confusion in what has been delivered and where it is. Our “Room In a Box” program has all the FF&E delivered to our warehouse in Westlake, OH where we receive, store, and inventory all FF&E for your project. Our warehouse also has a carpet cutting machine that cuts carpet to length for each room ensuring easy handling at the property. Your crews will not have to deal with 1000 lb rolls of carpet out in the parking lot anymore. When your renovation is scheduled to begin, we will ship just three 28’ trailers with all FF&E needed for a set amount of rooms. Each trailer will have a separate packing list so the contractor will know exactly what he has. When those are emptied, more trailers are rotated in as often as needed to keep your job moving ahead, always maintaining just three trailers on your property. With just three 28’ trailers in the parking lot, your hotel will not look like a major construction site. ADA Compliance We can also provide on-site evaluations for ADA compliance while working with your property manager, architect, and/or job supervisor to determine the correct quantity and orientation of FF&E needed to maximize your renovation investment. |
