Renovations.

The Executive Construction Company, LLC’s single largest area of business is lobby and gallery renovations. To date, we have renovated over 200 lobbies for Red Roof Inn across the country. This is an on going account we have. In addition, we recently finished renovating a gallery for Hyatt Select in Secaucus, NJ and just started working with Wyndham Vacation Ownership. Our highly capable crews take great pride on delivering quality craftsmanship to every job we do. Lastly, for the past 3 years we have been working with Red Roof Inn and Motel 6 doing ADA room upgrades. That is upgrading handicapped rooms to current federal standards as outlined by the Department of Justice. We have done multiple locations with both companies across the country.

Rollout.

The Executive Construction Company, LLC is capable of rolling out multiple crews to multiple locations at any one time. Our crews are set up with 3 to 6 men per crew. We have as many as 12 crews working at any one time at different locations. A real benefit to our multi-property customers is using the same qualified crews for consistency of work. When the same crews work on the same type of jobs, we know what the project managers want and we can deliver every time.
