The Executive Construction Company, LLC was started in November of 2003. It was a spin off from a previous company I owned, which was a fire and water restoration company within the greater Cleveland area for nine years.
The Executive Construction Company, LLC started with two crews of painters and handymen, and a small contract with Red Roof Inn. Due to the successes we had of operating efficiently and on budget, they asked us what else can you do. About six months in to working for them and three additional crews later, they asked if we could remodel lobbies with the same speed and efficiency, to which I replied, “Yes.” We then became a KraftMaid Cabinet Distributor and I brought on more qualified crews. This started the transformation of my business. It was at this point when I stopped painting the Inns and was given a six month try out on the lobbies. It went exceptionally well and now The Executive Construction Company, LLC is the exclusive contractor for their lobbies. As of today, we have remodeled over 200 lobbies for Red Roof Inn across the country.

From our KraftMaid Cabinet Distributorship, a spin off was created, a subsidiary cabinet company called All Commercial Cabinets. This was incorporated in June of 2005. Since then, The Executive Construction Company, LLC and All Commercial Cabinets have done business with other companies including Stouffers, Motel 6, Nestle, Hometown Threads, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and Hyatt Select Hotels.

With The Executive Construction Company, LLC, I was never looking to be the biggest contractor, but the one who gave the best service, price, quality, and was always cognizant of my customers’ needs.

I may be old fashioned, but when I give someone my word, I will move heaven and earth to follow through. This is what I was taught and this is how I run my business.
